Return Policy
We offer a full service and product grantee on items purchased from our store through all platforms, online, physical store and manual orders done on social media mainly WhatsApp.
Eligibility for reimbursement is limited to online and WhatsApp line orders within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The terms of this eligibility are non-negotiable;
Terms and conditions:
- No refunds will be permitted on sales or discounted items.
- Online purchases: All refunds resulting from an online order will be subjected to the following deductions:
- Handling cost – 4% of your total purchase value.
- Courier cost – All associated courier costs will be deducted at our standards courier rate per trip
- In-store purchases: No refunds will be permitted for items that were bought in-store
- Refunds are subject to approval upon successful inspection of returned items.
- Items must be in the exact condition and packaging as received from the store,
- Not worn
- Not damaged or contaminated
- Free of foreign odours
Approved refunds will be payable into the customer’s nominated account within 14 calendar days and cannot be expedited for any reason.

Exchange Policy
You are eligible for an exchange within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The eligibility for your exchange sizes validity after 7 days and is non-negotiable; the following terms apply:
- The original order should be in same condition as received from the store, i.e., not worn or used, without foreign odours and in their original packaging.
- Where possible, we recommend that the customer tries the product in store or at home where any type of damage or contamination to the item is avoided.
- Where applicable, courier cost is payable by the customer and should be paid in full before an exchange can be effected.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 17 Fairland Walk Shopping Centre, Corner Beyers Naude and Willson street, Fairland 2030
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment will be made using a carrier designated by the Seller.
After the Agreement has been concluded the Seller will send the Products as quickly as possible, and in any event within fourteen (14) days, to the address indicated by the Buyer, provided that the Seller has received the full Purchase Price.
The Seller will make delivery in accordance with agreed delivery dates to every extent possible; however, the Buyer acknowledges that the delivery dates are based on the circumstances of which the Seller is aware at the time at which the Agreement is concluded and, insofar as they are dependent on work or services to be provided by third parties, on the information that such third parties provide to the Seller.
In the event the delivery is delayed or if the Order cannot be executed in whole or in part, the Seller will notify the Buyer within 3 days. In this case the Seller will cancel the Order and will promptly refund the Purchase Price (at least within 5 working days, timing will depend on the payment option the Buyer chose). The Buyer will be entitled to cancel the Agreement free of charge until the time at which the Order is shipped.
The risk with respect to any damage to or loss of the Products will be transferred to the Buyer as from the time at which the Products are delivered.
